“He had no hesitation in ascending and helping us to guide us if we could,” Fleming said. “So this was never a doubt. We’ll look at alternatives. We have some good players in the team who were with us some time, so we will look from the inside first. But yes, there is an opportunity to know how we can strengthen the team forward forward to the subsequent years.”
