He added: “Fire extinguishing teams launched their fire to extinguish the fire immediately.”
“Six firefighting vehicles and 50 firefighters participated in the operation to extinguish the fire. The fire was extinguished within half an hour,” said Iqbal Emergency Director.
In the opening match of the PSL 2025, Islamabad United takes over Lahore Ganders at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The Premier League management in Pakistan, in an attempt to reduce the direct broadcasting struggle with the Indian Premier League, has set its matches one hour after the start of the IPL matches.
Salman Nasser, CEO of PSL, said in Podcast that the PSL matches will start from 8:00 pm, one hour after the start of IPL games in 7 PST.
PSL will start in Rawalpindi on Friday.
This is the first time since the championships have been launched in the same window.
Naseer said that they have no choice but to set the PSL date in the April-May window due to the bottoming calendar earlier this year.
“It is not an ideal situation, but we are confident that PSL has its own fans and will attract the usual eyes,” Niser said.
He said: “PSL has always produced high -quality competitive cricket game, and this year, we must see the same fans and cricket fans anywhere, at the end of the day, we just want to see competitive and entertaining matches.”
He said that since PSL was in its tenth year, a number of new things were added to make the quality of the first -class broadcasting.
Naser added that one of the feature of the PSL is in the same window, as IPL is that the privileges were able to sign some of the reputable external stars, who were not sold at the IPL auction.
He also said that PSL received inquiries from the parties concerned in buying two new teams that will be added to the tournament by next year.
In response to a question about the rocky relationship between some of the concession owners and the PSL management, some of whom criticized some of the chlorine vinyl for dealing with the league, Nasser said it is not appropriate for anyone to wash the dirty linen in public places.
“See that we believe that all the privileges have benefited from its association with PSL over the years. But we also feel that instead of advertising, it will be better to talk to us and contact us directly on any issues you might face.” Nasser said that all the owners of the privileges will now be given revised fees over the next ten years, and they had the right to accept or specify the two -chlorine vinyl display.
