The Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) warned all the stakeholders in the IPL of a businessman from Hyderabad, who was trying to force individuals to commit possible illegal actions. BCCI warned Crkect players, trainers, support staff and commentators about possible methods of businessman. According to a report issued by Cricbuzz, ACSU believes that the businessman has bonds to betting. It is said that the individual is trying to hold a friendship with people in the recent past and try to hold links with the people participating in the competition. He claims that a person befriends people by offering expensive gifts.
The report stated: “One of the methods is said to be employing it includes an approach to family members of the privileges, players, coaches, support staff and even commentators.”
