With the victory, DC has now completed a trilogy of the victories in this tournament, at the top of the table with 6 points.
Speaking during the presentation ceremony after the match, the DC Axar Patel captain praised the “collective effort” at the impressive start of his team, where they are now the only team that was not defeated in the IPL 2025.
Akar Patel said: “(On the Hijur victories), thank you, I did not think that it would be so easy, but everyone contributes and three out of every three good votes.
Captain Delhi said: “You can see that the fighters have a high strike rate, and the archers look forward to getting the share. This is the plan and I have succeeded so far.
He added: “When you win, you have to make sure to focus on defects. In every game, we give up a few chances. I don’t think as a leader, I have seen an ideal game. IPL is a long championship and at any stage, momentum can turn.”

Ruturaj Gaikwad (Chennai Super Kings Captain):
“Well, not today, since the last three games, things are not going on our way. We are trying hard and try to improve but things are not going on our way. I think PowerPlay is a great concern for us in the multiplication section as well as in the Poling Department. I think we offer 15-20 runs or lose more share in PowerPlay.”
“I think we are somewhat tired and excessive in that on all of the bowling or hitting in PowerPlay. We lose one of the wikit in PowerPlay. We still have to be positive while hitting in PowerPlay.
“Since PowerPlay, we have been playing a game of knees. The plan was to take it as deeply as possible. But DC was thoroughly overwhelmed and we used the conditions well and we could not get momentum. Even when Chef was hitting, we were trying to get the momentum but we could not get it.”
