Chennai Super Kings is a difficult time in the 2025 Indian Premier League. CSK was defeated by Royal Condeats Bengaluru by 50 runs in ChePauk before you suffer from a narrow sixth loss by Rajasthan Royals in Johi. This was not the end where CSK is another match, again in their home. The side was defeated by the Capitals with a margin of 25 runs and reached the lowest level.
This was the first in 15 years that CSK lost to the capital in their land. Delhi Dardevils (now Delhi Capitals) scored six deaths over CSK in the league match in IPL 2010.
It is worth noting that the loss of CSK by RCB this season was also the second defeat on the side and the first in 17 years at home. RCB scored a 14 -year -old victory over CSK at ChePauk in IPL 2008.
After CSK has a five -time CSK championship at home at IPL 2025, Skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad admitted that power playing is a great concern for them in both multiplication and bowling.
