Shikhar Dhawan has bought a 69 -racket cricket in the DLF luxury housing project in Gurugram, according to Cre Matrix. Cre Matrix, CRE MATRIX real estate analysis company, reviewed the agreement registered for sale on February 4, 2025. Dhawan bought an apartment with an area of 6,040 square feet in the latest research project in DLF. The property value is 65.61 rupees and the stamp service is 3.28 rupees, as the total consideration decreased to nearly 69 rupees.
In October of last year, the old match in India Dhawan announced its retirement from all forms of cricket.
Dahwan appeared for the first time in 2010 in ODI against Australia in Veskatabnam and his last match in India was 50 games, against Bangladesh in 2022.
In August last year, DLF launched a 17 -acre housing project in the 5th stage in DLF in Gurugram, Harrana with 420 apartments and Penthouses.
This project is the second very super show from DLF after the successful delivery of “The Camellias” on the same site.
DLF expects total revenues of 35,000 rupees of this project.
